As we grow bigger and better, we are reminded that our story is one of the modest beginnings of starting our business in a small Evanston condo. We are excited to continue to serve our customers and partners more expansively and effectively.

Kevin McCann, Founder
Kevin is the founder of McCann Window & Exteriors. He was born and raised on the south side of Chicago and later graduated from Mundelein College. After moving to the North Shore, he met his gorgeous wife and raised three spirited, incredible boys.
He remains a dedicated White Sox fan, tennis player, patient golfer, and, more recently, a boxer.
Kevin’s passion is working with families in the community and helping them transform their homes to bring their vision to life.
He loves meeting customers in their homes as he gets to know a different side of them. “Getting to know customers in their homes is typically a ton of fun and surprisingly rewarding.”
Randy Lee, President
Randy is your friendly and versatile go-to expert who’s a skilled juggler managing all aspects of the company’s business effortlessly. With his extensive background in systems, procedures, operations, marketing, installations, and more, Randy stands out for his all-encompassing skills.
His professional journey has taken him across the country and around the globe, but his heart has always belonged to Chicagoland. It’s where he grew up and raised his kids in this same amazing environment.
He is a five-time McCann customer who entrusted us with everything from windows and entry doors to patio and screen doors across three different homes, all on the North Shore. He was drawn to us because of our unyielding commitment to putting customers first, our exceptional follow-up, and our impressive selection of top-notch brands and competitive prices.
Randy and his wife are passionate travelers who enjoy the thrill of ski vacations and the pure relaxation of lounging by the water in the tropics when not hard at work.

Annette Brumby, Operations
Annette joined the McCann team in 2015. She holds a passion for providing excellent, personable service. “At the end of the day, I know I have succeeded when customers feel attended to and appreciated.”
She has spent most of her life on the North Shore. As the daughter of a master carpenter and wife of a handyman, she is very familiar with the remodeling industry. She spends her free time supporting the creative efforts of her ten children (writers, a photographer, a chef, visual artists, and performers).
As Operations Manager, Annette provides administrative and organizational support and more.
Jim Fisher, Sales & Account Manager
Jim brings 25 years of experience to the McCann team. Before specializing in windows and doors, Jim and his wife owned and operated their own international home furnishing and design business. Most importantly, he brings with him an unparalleled dedication to our customers. He measures success not by sales but by customer satisfaction, finding creative and effective ways to address any window and/or door-related issue.
Jim and his wife live in a 100-year-old farmhouse in Northbrook.
Brian Blum, Production Manager
Brian is a master carpenter, remodeler, and, most importantly, our production manager. With Brian, it’s all about the details, ensuring that every detail, big or small, is not overlooked. He has tremendous skill and talent for problem-solving, critical for project construction, project coordination, cost control systems implementation, and estimating/bid package development.
Brian’s creativity, drive for excellence, and sense of humor make him a much-appreciated part of our team.
